SWEET & SPICY WRAP












ingredients (for 4 wraps) 

. 4 wraps
. 600 g chicken breast strips
. 1 chilli pepper, chopped
. 1 paprika in pieces 
. green salad 
. grated cheese 

marinade 

. 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
. 100 ml cola 
. 1 tablespoon lime juice
. spice blend of curry, chilli powder, coriander, paprika, salt & pepper 
. 2-3 el sesame seeds 

dip

. 100 g creme fraiche 
. chopped parsley 
. Salt & pepper 
. 2-3 tsp paprika 
. 1 tbsp olive oil 
. 1 tbsp lime juice


1. For the dip mix all the ingredients together and season as desired. 

2. For the marinade stir Cola, lime juice, soy sauce and the spice mix together. Spice the chicken breast with the spice mixture, sear and deglaze with the marinade. After the marinade is cooked, sprinkle with sesame seeds. 


3. Warm up the wraps about 1 min  at 200 ° C and then cover with meat, veggies and dip wrap it ;)

ROTE TRÄUBLE GRIEßKUCHEN


sammeln . naschen . riechen . schmecken...viel Spaß beim genießen

ZUTATEN

. 60 g Butter
. 125 g Zucker
. 1 Tasse Mehl(ca. 225 g)

. 1 Vanilleschote
. 3 Eier
. Zitronenschale
. 150 g Grieß
. 3 TL Backpulver
. ca. 1/4 l Milch
. 500-750 g rote Johannisbeeren        


1. Butter mit Zucker schaumig rühren, Mark einer Vanilleschote, abgeriebene Zitronenschale, Grieß, Mehl, Backpulver und soviel Milch dazugeben, bis ein geschmeidiger Teig entsteht.

2. Rote Träuble waschen und in die Teigmasse einrühren.

3. In einer gefetteten Auflaufform, mit Butterflöckchen besetzt 50-60 Minuten bei 200 °C goldbraun backen.

SEMOLINA CAKE WITH RED CURRANTS

Ingredients 

.60 g butter 
.125 g  sugar 
.pulp of 1 vanilla pod
.1 cup Flour (ca. 225 g)
. 3 eggs 
.lemon zest
. 150 g semolina
.3 tsp baking powder
.ca. 1/4 l milk
. 500-750 g red currants


1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add  vanilla pulp, lemon zest, semolina, flour, baking powder and add as much milk as it takes for a smooth dough.

2. Wash red currants and fold in the dough.

3. Bake in a greased baking form, covered with butter flakes with 200°C for 50 to 60 minutes.
